Satisfaction Guarantee: All vTerra products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. We stand behind the quality, potency and consistency of our products. If you are not satisfied with a vTerra product, please contact us at info@vterrafarms.com, or through our website contact form, to begin the refund process. We will ask you a few questions to better understand your experience and, upon completion of the questionnaire, we will issue you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
Damage Due to Shipping: All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving vTerra Farms. Upon delivery of your order, please check products carefully to ensure they have not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at info@vterrafarms.com and include a full description of the damages to the products, along with photos of any physical damage endured.
Other Instances: vTerra takes extreme care in formulating, testing and packaging all of our products at our farm facility. All of our products are tested for quality, and should the rare instance of issues due to spoilage, manufacturing or packaging irregularities occur, we will replace affected products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@vterrafarms.com to request a replacement. vTerra is not responsible for spoilage or product degradation due to mishandling or improper storage. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, along with photos of any physical damage endured.

Shipping Policy
vTerra Farms may ship using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to checkout through the site if the ship-to address is invalid.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from when it is placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will ship the following business day. Customers can expect to receive their order within three (3) to ten (10) business days.
Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
